Daging Masak Hitam Udon Noodles

2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 cups Chopped Cabbage (from about ¼ medium head)
2 x 7-ounce packages instant Udon Noodles
2 tsp toasted Sesame Oil
1 Pack of MyChef Daging Masak Hitam
1 White onion
5 Green Onions thinly sliced
2 tsp finely grated fresh Ginger
1 tsp crushed Red Pepper flakes
⅓ cup Mirin
⅓ cup Soy Sauce
Sesame Seeds


1. Heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
2. Add cabbage and cook until edges are browned.
3. Place udon in a large heatproof bowl and cover with 6 cups boiling water. Let sit 1 minute, stirring to break up noodles, then drain in a colander. Transfer noodles back to bowl and toss with sesame oil.
4. Heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in skillet over medium-high and add MyChef Daging Masak Hitam.
5. Add chopped scallions, ginger, and red pepper.
6. Add udon mixture, mirin, and soy sauce and cook until noodles are coated in sauce.
7. Top with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
