Rendang Ayam Baked Mac & Cheese

Short Description


250g Macaroni, cooked according to packet instructions and drained.
1 jar (350g) Cheesy Alfredo Mushroom Pasta Sauce
1 can (290g) Carbonara Mushroom Pasta Sauce
200ml hot water
1 pack of MyChef Rendang Ayam
½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella, or a combination of both)


1. Combine Cheesy Alfredo Mushroom Pasta Sauce, Carbonara Mushroom Pasta Sauce, and hot water together. Stir until smooth before adding cooked macaroni.
2. Spread half the macaroni mixture into the base of a shallow heatproof casserole dish. Spoon the rendang on the macaroni and cover with the remaining macaroni.
3. Sprinkle on grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven (200ºC) for about 5 to 10 minutes or until heated through and the top is golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy with your friends and loved ones!
