Rendang Tok Daging Nachos

Ingredients

1 pack of MyChef Rendang Tok
1 bag of tortilla chips
Simple salsa:
1/2 Red Onion
1 or 2 Tomatoes
1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Cilantro Leaves or Parsley
Salt
Toppings:
1 cup of pitted and sliced Black Olives
500 gr shredded Cheddar Cheese
Sour Cream

Instruction

1. Combine salsa ingredients and set aside for the flavor to mix.
2. Arrange tortilla chips on the bottom of a big ovenproof platter.
3. Grab a spoonful of MyChef Rendang Tok Daging and spread it evenly on top of the chips.
4. Sprinkle a layer of the shredded Cheese.
5. Sprinkle a spoonful of Black Olives.
6. Throw another layer of tortilla chips, rendang, cheese, and olives.
9. Put the nachos platter in a preheated oven (220c) for 10 minutes (or until the top layer of cheese is melted).
10. Take the nachos platter out of the oven and sprinkle all the toppings and the simple salsa to cover the surface of the nachos.
11. Add a few spoonfuls of the sour cream and enjoy with friends and family!
